| David Moran's new film is an experimental
journey in seven long takes, |
| telling a story that's hidden underneath the
reality that is actually shown. |
| Inspired by Kiarostami's "Five", this film
is dedicated to the great Iranian director, |
| and tries to understand the importance of
reality fragments to the film making process itself. |
| As being both a religious and a blasphemous
film, it gives a glimpse into the modern |
| Israeli life, being dominated by the need
for freedom and the search for new meanings for the |
| term "Jews". |
| The film is shot with an analog camera,
giving it a look that's a bit outdated and humble, |
| A reminder for simplicity and humility in
looking for god. |
